I got this book, Keepers of the Lost Cities: Unlocked 8.5 by Shannon Messenger (which is really just a filler between books), and in this book she put several different recipes and one of which was a type of cookie.

I decided I wanted to try that type of cookie as it sounded really good.

TADA!!!

With a mixture of butterscotch chips, chocolate chips and marshmallows (and of course all the other things that make the batter), I created these beautiful cookies!!!

YAY!!!

(There was a drizzle to go on top but I forgot to take a picture of it so :woman_shrugging:)

I really enjoyed them, so yeah. Might have to make them again after we finish this batch. Who knows?!?!

These were so much better than chocolate chip cookies (which you know I don’t like)! The marshmallow melted on top made them taste like a cookie s’more! Yum!

These look yummy. Hmm I have some marshmallows that need used up, never thought about making cookies.
