Mini-banner not showing in dark theme

How do I view the mini-banner while using the ‘dark’ theme? I have checked both mobile and desktop, and it only shows on ‘light’. Both are android devices.

Light:

Sweets commented somewhere else that it hasn’t been installed in dark view yet.
