We had the inspection and found out a few things about the house that needed to be addressed. The seller came back and said that they were not willing do fix anything on the house because they had a backup offer bigger than ours and it was either take it as is or forfeit to the other offer. So we forfeited. I think we’ll find something even more perfect in the long run anyway!

Sorry that happened, but that must mean something better is waiting. Let the others pay more and take care of the issues.
