This morning I made some keto waffles for breakfast
I put the following ingredients in a little ninja bullet style blender, let it rest for a sec and then cooked in my regular sized waffle maker. It made 2
2 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Dash of salt
This was the original recipe… I halved it and left some ingredients out.
