More block printed Christmas cards

I’m so happy all of my partners in the 2025 Christmas card swap finally received.

As with these cards I block printed the main design over a colored background.

Lots of in progress pics, but I somehow forgot to take a picture of the colored background.

De.light.ful! The combination of the saturation of the colors and the darker tones in the “outside world” make the winter scene in the snow globe feel extra cozy.

These turned out great! I really liked seeing them in the swap. Imaginative idea and lovely completion. Block printing is endlessly fun.

Thank you everyone!

I’m definitely going to make something like that again. Maybe over a watercolor background

Thank you so much!!!

These are gorgeous! I actually already have the materials to make something similar; I want to make a new year’s card for next year, but I always put it off until too late. I hope I can take inspiration from you to actually do it this time!

Thank you!
I planned some new years cards with the same method, too and didn’t find the time to make them. I guess I should just make all of my holiday cards some time in summer. They will definitely get used at some point.
