I had my last in office day for the year this week and decided to make a festive top.
The pattern is the Bondi Top by Sew to Grow. For the size 12, it isn’t the most flattering of fits. I understand why she offers a fit to flatter class.
I do like the cute little contrast panel in the back!
Once I conquer making this top a bit more flattering, I foresee a few more in my work wardrobe.

I love that top! I think McCalls has a similar pattern. It looks great on you. I love how themed it it. Too cute.
