I hate moths, so I have no idea why I randomly decided to make one 
body is made of wool and chenille sticks wrapped around a wire and masking tape body.
Eyes are upholstered buttons, antennas are feathers and wings are felted and sewn wool with a wash away and the grey patches are my cat fur, because why not

Very, very cool! I love the overall look and colors and using upholstery buttons for eyes and feathers for antenna are such great ideas!
Teeny recomendation: if you flip the 1st and second pictures in your post, that full body image with the wing detail will be the thumbnail/main image for your post. Not a big deal, but those wings are so gorgeous.

I love all the details on this! That furry body is perfect, the upholstered buttons definitely capture that ‘fly eye’ look, the chenille wrapped legs are a great way to give the legs structure while still capturing the fuzziness. And those wings - beautiful! Who knew moths could be so lovely?
Funny enough, I am not a fan of moths either, yet I also have a moth project in the works
