My bloody Valentine breakfast

It was my turn for breakfast again!
The theme? MY BLOODY VALENTINE

Shark attack cherry cheesecakes
No bake cheese cake recipe (makes about 12-9 oz. Tumblers)
Crust:

  • 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs (about 8 graham crackers)
    Cheesecake Filling:
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese, softened to room temperature
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 Tablespoons powdered shake
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream, room temperature
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
    1 can cherry pie filling

Prepare crust by mixing ingredients and scooping about a tablespoon in to clear plastic cup (Dollar Tree for the win)
Prepare filling by mixing all ingredients until well incorporated (this took about 10 minutes on medium speed on a stand mixer)
Divide cheesecake filling in half, dividing that half into the cups, then spoon about 1/4 cup cherry pie filling on top, finish with the last of the cheesecake filling. Top with gummy sharks!

Marbled strawberries!

And finally—My “muddy” valentine piggies in blankies!
I got a silicone pig mold from Amazon, filled it with pancake batter and half a fully cooked breakfast sausage link, baked at 375 for 15 minutes. Served with “muddy” syrup
Thanks for sticking around! Happy valentines!
