My First Galentine's Day Cards

I hadn’t done a swap in years and I love making cards, so the Galentine’s Day Swap felt like a great way to do both! I signed up for 3 partners. The cards are basically the same, with slightly different details.

The chocolates are fussy cut and coated in Glossy Accents glaze, the little birdie’s beak is cut so the fussy cut envelopes can be “in” them, the paper buttons have thread, the quilt-y print is embossed with a “quilted” folder, and the heart is cross stitched on paper.

I stamped a sentiment on the inside, leaving room on the “top” for a personal note.

I had so much fun, maybe I’ll do it again next year! Thanks to my partners for swapping with me and thanks to @gozer for organizing the swap! Be sure to have a look at the gallery to see all the awesome Galentine’s cards!

The details you put into your cards are just amazing! The little heart and birdie beak are touches that make these cards so special!

Thanks so much! I generally start with fewer details in mind and just can’t help adding them. This is true more the majority of my projects now that I think about it.
