My grandma's Cheese ball recepie

I make this every year just like my grandma does. It is a big hit. One of my favorite things.

and here is the recepie. I do half a jar of the chopped beef and I put pecans in the cheese ball as well as around it. It tastes good without the Accent, which is great because I usually forget to add it

maybe it’s a good thing you forget the Accent; I looked up what they put in it:
Monosodium Glutamate (MSG), Salt, Chili Pepper, Tricalcium Phosphate (As Anticaking Agent), Spice (Cumin, Oregano), Paprika Extractives(color), Garlic Extractives, Onion Extractives, Yellow No. 6 Lake, Yellow No. 5 Lake.

I’ve never heard of accent?!

There is just something about a cheese ball at the holidays!

I have also never heard of Accent! I imagine any number of spice mixes would work should someone want that addition.

I have some in my spice cabinet, I just never use it

I rarely each cheese balls. I didn’t know anyone added mushrooms, so I will be sure to be extra careful going forward to check ingredients. I love cheese, it is delicious! Mushrooms will kill me.
