Somebody made naan on Top Chef, and I got a hankering.
Found this recipe https://www.allrecipes.com/recipe/14565/naan/
but used a bread machine and the griddle on my gas stove. Delicious fresh, yummy reheated the next day, too.
Note: this is a renactment; I cooked the naan yesterday, and the griddle is cold.
Day 1, we ate it with Thai curry, day 2 we used it for shrimp tacos. Multicultural extravaganzas!
