Oh, I was not brave. Pretty sure everyone on the floor heard me screaming. I tried so hard not to swear, but more than a few F bombs came out. My surgeon was awesome though. A few times I asked if he could stop for a few seconds, and he did. And he looked close to tears for putting me through so much pain.
I had to get three internal stitches to stop the bleeding, he had to call up several more surgeons to help with suction and lights, and at one point there were about 8 people in my tiny room. I told him not to feel bad. It hurt, it was the worst pain I ever felt, but it needed to be done and it wasnāt his fault I didnāt have the morphine ordered (I had a nightmare nurse that Iām pretty sure he laid into after).
I had a bit of a flash back to it during the final packing and bandage change today. Pretty sure Iāll have some lingering PTSD from Saturday. But itās done, Iām on my way to being well, and I donāt hurt much right now. Iām trying to focus on the positive because the reality of my hospital stay is scary.
Iād be willing to host a TM Patch Swap! Iām not sure if I would be a swapper myself for this round, but Iām sure I could manage organizing it. I just canāt commit to actually making any patchesā¦the crafty mojo is very intermittent right now!
And, @storerboughtcreation, Iām so glad youāre home from the hospital! Iām so sorry you had to go through that ordeal

So glad youāre out and hope youāre feeling better, SBC! My protip is play Tetris! It can help with recent trauma. For real! Hereās a few links:
Argh!! I have so many things done that I have to wait until they arrive (or I even send them) to their destination. I want to post up! LOL! I canāt wait for new prompts tomorrow too.
I was able to get a Battle project posted, just under the wire! And, I realized that I had made another item last week, so I was able to get a Free Range in there, as well.
I finally hauled out my Silhouette, so Iāll hopefully be able to check a few more items off of my To Do list.
Iām hoping that the February prompts can align with some of my WIPs so I can knock a few of those off of my list, as well!
I just did some admin and realized I made 13 14 things in January that I havenāt submitted yet . Some of them may have to wait for the March prompts, thoughā¦
You can submit up to six free range, three big time projects if they took more than 5 hours, and of course you can stretch any of the existing prompts as far as you want, just explain your reasoning. Back on Cster, some of the stretches were highly entertaining and we all got a kick out of the reasoning people shared
We adopted a flame point ragdoll today. His name is Sherbert, and Iāve been calling him Sherby the Love Bug all day. Heās sooooo sweet. Heās 3-4 years old, he was rescued from a hoarding situation, and was nearly a foster fail, but in the end she did rehome him. Heās such a snuggly boy.
As soon as our team mascot has decided to be nice, I hope to recruit Sherby as a cheerleader for the games

Congratulations to Sherby for finding the best forever home!
