Nerd Games Tracking Pages - Winter 2026

I created some tracker pages for my Nerd Games journal for the Winter 2026 games. These were created in Canva. The current theme is “Make It!” based on the Pizza Hut Book It! reading program. I drew inspiration on the colors and rainbow elements from the old Book It! pins.

It was only after I printed them that I noticed I accidentally forgot to include the open prompts that part of every Nerd Games season: zaps, free range, big time, and research. Doh! I updated my design to include them for anyone that wants to use the tracker pages, but just penciled them into my journal rather than ripping out the page I’d already glued down.

I left the personal monthly goals sections blank so people can write in their own if they use the tracker pages.

Thanks! I tired a spreadsheet but this is easier for me.

You’re a saint for making these downloadable. My usual tracking system of screenshots totally fell apart under the volume of stuff last season, so I’m going try to streamline it with these this time.

You did a great job on these. I like the rainbow book headers!

I really appreciate you making them customizable so that we all can use them! Thank you .

@megwell - thanks! I hope they work well for you!

@AudiobookLover - thank you! Your tracker pages last year were an epiphany and soooooo much easier for me than the tracking methods I’d been trying. I have fun trying to fit my design to each season’s theme.

These pages are great!
Thank you for sharing them, I think I’ll add them to my journal as well. Might help me actually reach my goals this season.

Thanks for sharing!

I think I might finally try to join the nerd games even if I don’t have a clue on how.

Quick summary -
Like the US game show WHOSE LINE IS IT ANYWAY, the points mostly don’t matter other than for bragging rights.

Each season of the Games you pick a team listed in the post. That is your team for the season. I’m Pepperoni Posse this go-round, for example.

Monthly prompts: You post a project for any and all prompts you like. Half the fun is the explanation shenanigans of why your project fits the prompt. Some people are super inventive here and the mods are forgiving. A monthly prompt can be used anytime during the season, even in a later month.

Monthly battle: must be posted in that month, most people post their battle prompt the last week of the month but any time that month is fine. You just pick one or the other of the two things listed and then wildly invent a reason your peoject fits whatever you chose.

Extra Prompts: each season you can post projects in special categories such as zaps (30 minutes or less to complete; you’re allowed 5 a season), free range (30 minutes or more; you’re allowed 6), big time (five or more hours; you’re allowed 3), or research (20 or more hours; you’re allowed 3 per season).

Enamel Pins: you can earn enamel pins by completing specific requirements during the season. These don’t need their own prompt, you’ll use a monthly, extra, or event prompt for the projects you post that satisfy the pin requirements. You need to PM LovelyMiss by the end of the season to claim any pins you’ve earned, using the claim form posted at the top of the games with the pin images.

Event prompts: these are special prompts for the season that are themed. If you complete all requirements for an event challenge you can submit a claim PM and LovelyMiss will send you a small prize.

Hope that helps!
