New Cameo, New Dust Cover

I got a new Cameo 5! First thing I did was make a dust cover, because it didn’t come with one. I made a pattern by tracing the end cap, cutting two, and sewing them to each end of a rectangle. VIOLA! (as my husband would say, because he played the viola).

Farewell, Cameo (original), it served me well (2013-2025). It joins CraftRobo (1999-2013) in retirement.

Got a great package deal on the Cameo. It came with the electrostatic mat, which is very cool.

Nice! I need to make a cover for my Cameo 4 but haven’t gotten around to it. What do you do with your retired machines?

Your cover is lovely. Beautiful fabric. I should make one for my Silhouette machine (which I never use because I forget how because I never use it ).
