New Swapping Tags & NEW MODS!

Hello!
We have some news in the world of swapping to share with you.
We have added two new tags:

Swaps Closed: For swaps that are closed to signups.
Swaps Completed: For swaps that are completely done, everyone has shipped and received.

Hopefully, this will keep the board cleaner and easier to find things in.

Also, we have a new set of Swap Mods! We are awaiting final access, but they have already started behind the scenes. The swap mods now consist of the following people:
@gozer
@TheMistressT
@Kwality570
@geekgirl

We are very excited to have them join in! Thank you to each of them for their ongoing help. :green_heart:
