No, YOU Grow Up! A Mildly NSFW Birthday Card

I was inspired by a birthday card with an inappropriate balloon arrangement to create a similar one with die cut balloons.

Summary

For some reason the gif is sideways and I don’t know how to rotate it and still have it animated. I’m sure you can figure out how the Action Wobbler makes the inappropriate balloon arrangement boi-oi-oing around!

There are a bunch of individual balloons on the card base, that is then covered with a layer of vellum to help the stars of the show stand out a bit more. The letters are individually die cut and glued on the vellum.
