Notecards made from coloring books

I like to color and I normally use gel pen with some markers. Which makes coloring go faster than using colored pencils. for me anyway.

I got the idea to use coloring sheets for note cards on craftster but I can’t recall from who.

I had a big stack of finished sheets. I go over the edges a bit since I know I am going to trim them to make sure there are no white gaps.

a sample of the pages - there were many more.

All trimmed

as cards. some of the gel pens are glitter/metallic so hard to photograph

They are gorgeous! I’m having difficulty choosing faves. I think it’s between the brightest neon rainbow 'splosion & the muted taupe-purple-gold-orange-bronze.

I love this idea in general and these cards specifically – especially the geary ones.

A brilliant idea to combine a soothing activity with something functional. Much better than just coloring and ending up with books that will rarely be opened again. I love the brightness of all of them!
