One-Stroke Face Paintings!

I wasn’t sure where to put this but this feels like a craft to me! I AM painting. I’ve been practicing on Mr. Raging Sloth and my friend. My goal is to start a face painting business.

This is a special type of face painting that uses multiple colors on a single pallet to create an ombre affect. One uses a wide brush to pick up all the colors on the pallet then uses special techniques to apply the paint.

Mer-person. This one I used a stencil on the cheeks.

Druid (special request from Mr. R for the kids at school. My own design.

Blue Spiderman cause I think it looks cooler.

This is the Rebel Loon! It’s a symbol of Minnesota’s strength against the ICE occupation. The lasers are for melting ice. Lol. An event I’m going to be volunteering at is being held by The Rebel Loon Archive. So it felt appropriate. This is my own design.

Minecraft! Another request from Mr. R for the school function.

And this was my favorite on him. Fairy. So stinkin’ cute!

Each design is so amazing, and the Rebel Loon design takes the cake! I don’t like standing in lines, but I’d queue for that :purple_heart:

These are pretty cool! I’m going to have to look up that technique because I would like to see it in action. I can’t quite wrap my head around how it comes out like that!

ETA: I just watched a video and it’s pretty cool how it works!

Thank you!! I just did my first event (and also first time wworking on children) at my partner’s school he works at! I did a rainbow Spiderman! And a cheetah which I hadn’t practiced before.

It was a lot of work! I now feel better about what I plan on charging for parties. Lol

Lol they definitely did! I was working non-stop at this event I just did. I think I did like 30 kids in 3 hours so that averaged out to 6 mins per. Pretty good!
