Our First Tiramisu -- Great LC Holiday Bakeoff 2024 Entry

Mom and I decided to take a shot at tiramisu this Christmas (chalk it up to watching too much GBBO). The family consensus is that we can do it every year if we want, so I think it turned out pretty well!

We used this recipe:

It calls for the tiramisu to chill for 8 to 24 hours.
We put it together Christmas Eve afternoon for Christmas Day dessert, and because of how things timed out, we probably left it for a little longer than 24. But I don’t think that compromised it at all.

It was rich, but simultaneously much lighter than I think we were expecting. It’s decadent but also fluffy :laughing:.
