Paint Party/Isolation Activity Chip and Dale

This is a super fun project for anyone who has limited artistic skills or to do with kids. I personally cannot draw or really paint at all! I have done guided parties before and have never been happy with the results. Until I did one where the character I chose to paint was already placed on the canvas for me! I thought I could do this myself!

You will need

  1. A blank canvas
  2. Carbon paper
  3. Pencil
  4. Sharpie or other permanent marker
  5. Paints and brushes
  6. A printed image of your choosing

First you will lay your carbon paper on the canvas then your image on top of the carbon paper.
Trace your design with the pencil

Outline the traced design with the Sharpie

Paint! Don’t worry if you paint on the lines at all as you see I did here

Let your painting dry then go back over the lines with the sharpie

I feel like a pro now!! Once the quarantine is lifted I want to do a paint party with my friends!

This is a great idea! I showed it to the girl. We’ll pick some canvas board up from the dollar store soon and make some painting to send to friends.
