Panda Madeleines = Pandaleines!

Today I followed Kim Joy’s cookbook/YouTube video and made her Panda Madeleine recipe - Pandaleines!! These ones are Lavender flavored

I wasn’t sure what subsection to put these in. They are pastry essentially so it is more like a muffin or more like a dessert? Oh well!

These are the best! I love lavender shortbread cookies, so I can just imagine how delicious these must be. And now I have to go get introduced to Kim Joy - anyone who could turn madeleines into pandas is someone I will get along with!
