I bought a pair of distressed jeans at a thrift store ($5!!). I’d seen some cool patched jeans on Pinterest and elsewhere and I thought these would be a good candidate for a trial run. I used some fabric that I got from someone back in C-ster days (from @AIMR, maybe?) and I was quite pleased with the result. If you recognize the fabric, let me know so I can thank you!
I love them! You got a nice fray going around those patches, which I think really adds to the look!
Can’t really see the fabric to tell if it came from my stash, but no matter…any nice print works! I bet this was more fun than your more intricate embroideries.

@Abbeeroad I have no idea what I’m doing… so I basted the pieces on and then whipstitched like crazy. No stabilizer etc.
I wonder if I’ll regret that.
