Penguin Cards

This is the second of five card designs I made for the Christmas Card Swap.

Process:
It started with a snowflake embossing folder, distress ink, and some silver distress spray.

Once I had the background, I found a cute penguin paper cut design and used my Silhouette machine to cut out the pieces.

I used alcohol markers, white ink, and a black liner pen to add some extra dimension to the penguins before mounting them on to the card base with dimensional foam tape.

I had no idea how many pieces were needed to make that cute little penguin! Wow!

Set against the snowflake background, he looks ready to play in the snow!

Also, added silver distress paint and snowflake embossing to my supplies wish list! ha

Great job on all your cards, Jenn!

Again you’ve made the most of inks and such to enhance an embossed background! And that little penguin - what a cutie!
