Perfectly Imperfect Tea Bowls

Welp, it looks like my studio is finally shut down until at least May, so it might be a good opportunity to finally post some things that I was probably going to forget to post!

Here are some tea bowls that were more handbuilt than thrown (but with a little help of the wheel later and for trimming).

I like how the glazes turned out, as I’m still testing new and unfamiliar ones. : )

Each one seems to have its own character. :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

Those are adorable :smiling_face_with_three_hearts: I wish I had one of them because they can turn drinking tea into a magic moment - does that make sense? What I actually want to say… They make drinking tea something special worth to celebrate

These colors are just dreamy. i especially like the one with the thick stoneware band on the right (With the swath of blue).

Good work. But sorry to hear your studio is down until May. can’t wait to see all your pent up projects, tho!
