I decided to make the mock apple pie- and everyone that ate it was amazed! I still canā€™t believe how much the taste and texture was like real apples. Thanks @AIMR for the idea and recipe! And thank you all for your amazing pie suggestions. I am definitely going to be making some of these soon!

I am going to make my auntā€™s peach pie as soon soon as peaches come into seasonā€¦

I am also going to try some of the ones hereā€¦so far, I am learning that Lettuce Crafters are good cooks!
