Piggy Strawberry Cream Puffs

Another pastry so I’m not sure if I categorize under Desserts or muffins or what .

This week my 11 year old and I made another Kim Joy bake (We’re such fan girls of her!) and made her Pigfiteroles in mud! We made a choux pastry, strawberry cream filling, marzipan snout, and chocolate “mud”! They went quickly! Sooo yummy!

The addition of the “mud” made me cackle! Seriolsuy cute!
