Well, some things never change, I am still pretty awful at making stuffed breads,
. Eh, since these are meant to be et cold, shouldn’t be too much of a problem.
Used my pretzal dough recipe. Plus, I mixed the meat with the pizza sauce to make it easier to build (smoosh?) The pockets.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaargh! Even the ball ones exploded. 
Hopefully they were tasty! Maybe vent holes with a fork next time?

Ii’ll have to try that, and go with regular balls over rolling the dough, too. I can always flatten them out similar to gorditas.

Heh! Eh, they taste good cold (for my weird taster/smeller), that’s the important part.
