I made this loom bracelet because I watched a platypus documentary the other week and the 2 platypuses they were tracking died from human interference. I was devastated. So I decided to make this bracelet as a memorial. Those poor babies.
I made this second one as well for a matching anklet.

I love platypuses too. That documentary sounds sad, but a needed wake up call.
It was a PBS documentary. I think it was Nova. Like a few days later I saw clips from it on Instagram. 
Like it was there to haunt me. 
I did this on a bead loom so it’s a bit easier than other bead work. And faster.
These came out soo good! A worthy subject to memorialize.
