The potion part is made of resin. You shake the dice in the bottle, then either read them as they fall to rest in the bottle OR pour them out onto the table to read them.

Yup totally need to make one for Mr. Snails. He’s an avid D&D player who is only not playing because of the no gathering rule right now.
