It was all stuff we had in the house anyway, which made it very convenient! This cake managed to somehow be moist and fluffy at the same time, and had SUCH a good pumpkin flavor; it tasted pretty much exactly like pumpkin pie but with a lovely cake texture. I definitely want to make it again!!
Also… it might not even need the glaze? I’ll try it without next time.
