Yay! Thanks!

Thanks all for your kind words.
The kids love the cake, they know we only use it on birthdays. One kf the pictures I always take is of the birthday boy or girl holding the cake.

Fantastic idea! Too cute!

Seriously the cutest! I like the big fancy cakes too but this little wee one is just too adorable.

So darn cute! I bet they love this. What an adorable way to make them feel honored on their special day.

We do celebrate birthdays in school. When I was their age (eons ago) we would bring in a treat for our own birthdays and share with the class. But when my son was that age they changed the protocol because of nut and other food allergies. And also the fact that not every student’s family had the resources to bring something in. Which I totally understand and sympathize with. I think something like this would be safe and fun and everyone could enjoy it on their day. It’s so thoughtful!
I just our love teachers. Thank you.

Thanks all! You are so kind :orange_heart:

Kids bring treats too but I know of schools that changed the rules because of poverty.

Fun fact, exactly today Iis my 25th anniversary as educator! :tada::smiling_face_with_three_hearts:
Even though it is summer holiday now, my colleagues congratulated me and surprised me with a fun “did you know” video in the school whatsapp group :joy::orange_heart:
