I’ve developed a love for working with reclaimed fabrics.
Last night, I whipped up this cute black cat tote using a pair of thrifted jeans, a green table cloth for the lining and a bit of black fabric I had tucked away. Yeah, I fell in love!

Cute idea!
Cute!
(I have several good bits of not-worth-fixing-again jeans stashed for making cute things out of…
)
Adorable!!
Thats fantastic. Full of cuteness.
Ack! This is so cute! And YEY for giving that fabric another chance at life!
I love everything about it!
This is so cute! I love how the little paws poke over the pocket.
Once I made it known that I was playing with reclaiming and upcycling, people just give me stuff to work with. I haven’t bought yarn in 3 years. ![]()
Ah! It’s so friggen cute! I might have to steal this idea to make myself a ‘winter bag’… The denim would be sturdier and much less showing of dirt/salt stains.
I’ve been noodling the fact that the animal on the front could easily be switched to most any other. I help with a local alpaca rescue farm. How cute would an alpaca’s fluffy face be on a tote! GAH!
Such a cute tote!
Oh my, this is adorable!! And yay for repurposing rescued fabric!
