Retro Elf Christmas Wreath

The Christmas craftalong thread is gearing up for Christmas in July. That reminded me to share this wreath from last December. I used blue and green vintage pom pom trim to wrap the wreath form. Then, I added individual red pom poms and the elf. It was a satisfying way to use up the trim.

That is an excellent (and adorable!) use for these supplies! And that elf is too cute. Now that’s an elf I could invite into my house, unlike his cheeky college-aged older brother that’s always up to no good. Lol

Thank you! I couldn’t resist buying the trim at the thrift store, but then I sat on it for a year because it is just so extra. I was glad to finally give it a chance to shine.
