Grabbed a bunch of r cookbooks from our pile and decided to try out some recipes.
This one was selected by my daughter and was a great success. Made it twice already, and would make it again, even though it’s a bit of a process and makes a mess (well, I make a mess 
)
Basically, these are risotto rice balls, with cheese and olives. Very yummy and very presentable.

Those sound tasty. They would make a nice contribution to a potluck or for tapas.
