Ricotta Gnocchi

Eureka! @AIMR I finally felt good enough to make them, WOOOT!

And this is going to be a problem. Oh my word, all the fresh parmesan I used in both the gnocchi and the sauce was able to get past my erratic taste & smell. Oh, it was sooooo so so good, :grinning: .

I made this almost just like caccio e pepe, except with mushrooms, heh.

Ingredients: ricotta, parmesan, one egg, and flour until I felt comfortable with the dough.

The belle of the ball, :grin:.

After boiling.

Stop it stomach. No more. :rofl:.

Looks so good! I love gnocchi but can’t eat a lot either…but mushrooms…I could eat all of that by myself!
