I’m so eager for the next round of swaps. I just went to dollar tree and blew… erm, happily spent over 35 dollars in the freshly stocked craft area!

Hey Friends! Just a note of caution. The lovely @MissingWillow PMed me to say my Harry Potter Holiday Swap wasn’t showing up in the list of open swaps on LC’s front page. Turns out I clicked the wrong tag when setting up the thread. You need to click ‘swap signups’, not just ‘swaps’, for your Swap to show up on that list of Open Swaps. (I had been wondering why so few people signed up for what is usually a very popular swap.) Just wanted to let you all know, in case you’re in a similar boat!

Has there been any discussion about when we’ll be able to have independent swaps? Just being able to suggest ideas and start a swap without waiting for a ‘cycle’?

Yep. As soon as we have a database set up (like before) we won’t have to do it this way. Fingers crossed for 2021!
