I designed and crocheted this mosaic overlay blanket using a bit of color work for a nice pop of color. I forgot how much of a pain doing color work in overlay mosaic is, but it was well worth the effort in the end, I think.
I had originally designed the background windowpane plaid pattern, but it looked a little too boring. Then I realized it looked a bit like bathroom tile, so I added a tub, and if you’re going to have a tub, you MUST have rubber ducks!
