We just had my son’s Eagle Court of Honor. Most of the standard decorations are very red-white-and-blue and eagle-heavy. When I asked what he wanted he said something more simple-rustic-nature themed.
We settled on this - white candles on a wooden cookie coaster with greenery, rocks (some with lasered words, some with nature stickers), scout decorated chocolates, and pictures on simple stands. The picture is short on rocks because it was taken toward the end and my niece and nephew had already claimed a lot of them!
Congratulations to your son! And to you! As mom to an Eagle and 2 more prospective, I know how much work and dedication that takes!
The centerpieces are a great touch. We too went with a rustic theme. I found paper placemats on Amazon that looked like wood slices. I used burlap tree wrap as table runners. That box is such a neat idea!
