I found frozen salmon cubes at the supermarket, and thought they would be a good start for a pasta dish.
Read a few recipes online, combined the info with the stuff I had at home and came up with this dish that delights my kid.
It’s salmon cubes and broccoli with cream.

We did something similar this week when we made salmon tacos.

I made this again yesterday, added a bit of yogurt in the sauce and it gave it a bit of a mac & cheese consistency.
