Sausage and Veggie Quiche

Here’s a nice quiche I threw together the other day.

It’s a pre-made crust from the grocery store, blind-baked and then filled with the following:
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 an onion, chopped
1/2 lb kielbasa, chopped
~1 cup of leftover green beans, cooked
1 1/2 cups cheddar and monterey jack cheese
The custard was made of 5 eggs and a little under a cup of milk. We seasoned it with salt, pepper, thyme, and oregano. It was DELICIOUS!

Wow! You are on a roll! I’ve never had a quiche with green beans. I like the idea of using up leftovers in a meal like this.

Yeah we had some steamed ones leftover from the night before. I figured almost any veggie was tasty in quiche, so threw it in there, and it was quite tasty!

YUM!! Quiche is my fave and you can literally throw ANYTHING in there and it will be delicious
