In case it’s hard to read, it says “find something beautiful.” I figure that in tough times, we need to look for the good things.
I do an awful lot of art journaling. My style is pretty simple and usually doesn’t use wet media that takes a long time to dry, so I can make pages really quickly. That’s not the point, of course, but it does have the advantage of letting me get a lot of feelings out in a short period of time.
