Not sure this should be a dessert - this will be all we have tomorrow night 
but guess most people have pancakes (French crepes) as pudding.
So I only have 1 question.
What do you put on top?
Fruit? A nice rum or bourbon whipped cream?
Crepes can be sweet or savory. For sweet crepes, most all types of fruit work well. My favorite is strawberries, banana and Nutella. The savory version is often a meat with a vegetable or two, such as sliced steak with cheese, scrambled eggs w/ bacon or seafood. Basically, it’s whatever you want to put in it.
