I made this cable knit stocking for my partner in the last swap I did on the old site. It’s the first cable knit project that I actually finished!
Pattern: Simple Holiday Stockings (Ravelry link, there are 3 patterns included)
Needles: US 9 (5.5 mm) circular needles for the main stocking, 6mm double-pointed needles for the i-cord (I didn’t have 5.5 mm dpns); I also used a crochet hook (5.5 mm) to help pick up stitches & a cable needle for the cables
Yarn: a little over half a skein of Red Heart With Love, Evergreen colorway
This was a fun project - I learned a lot of new things while working on it & I’m pretty happy with how it turned out.
