Small batch of taco meat with jalopenos and onion

Not even my crummy living situation is going to stop me cooking, heh. Once I can get more water, I’ll cook even more (right now is kind of difficult to wash dishes often enough).

What I have been doing, is when I buy hamburger, I separate it into either 1/4 lb, or 1/3 lb blocks, then freeze it. That way I only make what I need. Since it’s just me, I don’t need more than that.

Planning portions is a great way to stay on budget! Hamburger done right can be super tasty, and I’m sure that this is, too!
