I adopted my dog on 12/4 last year and I’ve decided to pretend that is his birthday.

I’d love to have a brightly colored bandana that can slip onto his collar that has “It’s my birthday!” embroidered on it for when he goes to playcare that day.

I checked Amazon and Chewy, but they only have tie on ones that go up to 18” (Pilot was blessed with a generous neck that measures 22”). His collar is 1 inch wide and is a little thick, so I think if you made a 1.25” channel it would slip over his collar perfectly.

I’m an avid crocheter and would love to swap with someone for this. Please message me if you are interested. I don’t have a lot of projects going on, so we can make it a quick turnaround.

I might be able to help you out! Would something along these lines work? But maybe with extensions of some sort to cover the whole collar/keep the bandanna in place on the back?
