I made this hat using yarn from one of my first craft swaps (in 2010)! I’d been saving it for something special & finally decided I needed to just use it. 
Pattern: Sockhead Hat
Yarn: Knit Picks Imagination, colorway Evil Step Mother
Needles: US 1.5 (2.5mm) for the brim, US 2.5 (3.0mm) for the rest
I had to restart this hat a few times because I kept setting it down in the middle of a round & accidentally knitting the wrong way when I picked it back up, but I eventually figured out what I was doing.
