Software / app to cross stitch a picture

I am new in cross stitching so I don’t know all ressources available for cross stitching.
I would imagine there are software (PC) or app (android) to transform a picture into a cross stitch pattern. If so which one would you recommend?

I’ve not used it yet but heard good things about Stitch Fiddle.
