So yeah, I’m working on baking everything sour dough. I’ve made this recipe a couple times, including today! I used a discard recipe because I have an excess at the moment! Definitely just as easy as regular banana bread, but with an added bonus of being easier to digest! Thanks sour dough!

I didn’t do the glaze at the end, mainly because I just didn’t think it needed more sugar. It turned out so moist and wonderful! We bought an ultimate spice honey butter at the farmer’s market and spread that onto our slices. It was divine!
My oldest loves the guy who talks about banana bread at work. So, I may have made a loaf when school was in session just so that I could put a slice into her lunch with that note on it.
