So I’m pretty sure I’ve never really had focaccia bread before, but it always looked so fluffy and delicious. I decided to try my hand at sour dough focaccia, now that I have this whole sour dough thing down. So its actually pretty easy to make, and oh man is it delicious! I grilled up steak and paired it with a soft cheese to go on the focaccia, as well as a salad. It was such a great summer meal! I’m definitely make more focaccia!
