Can you make some kind of dress clip for it to secure it directly to your clothes rather than your trachea? (Lol)

THAT! Is a very good idea and I dont know why I did not think of it haha. It would need to be a pretty sturdy back to the dress, but I can attempt to make that work.

I would try to pin it some way at the “Y” intersection. It would be such a surprise when you turned your back. But, I also think it is lovely in the front as well!
